BOUTIQUE HOUSE is a private investment platform with nearly 100 years of legacy in the real estate sector and 24 years of active experience in structuring, acquiring, developing, and managing assets and projects with a long-term investment horizon. The beginning was set in 1928 in the city of Sozopol by Dimitris Stavriakos (of Greek origin, with higher education in the United States), and in 2002 the activity was reestablished by his heirs, developing in line with modern market practices and requirements for transparency, risk control, and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Investment Focus<\/h2>\n

Our model is oriented toward value, sustainability, and risk control, combining real estate, renewable energy, and ESG integration within a unified investment framework. We take a strategic approach to the selection, acquisition, development, positioning, and management of assets and projects, while also developing and managing large-scale renewable energy projects with an emphasis on structuring, regulatory framework, and feasibility. ESG criteria are integrated into the investment process, risk management, and the long-term value of assets.<\/p>\n

Since 2024, Boutique House has been operating in Greece as part of its international diversification strategy. Our short-term plans are focused on sustainable establishment and expansion in Zambia and the Republic of South Africa, where our activities are directly linked to a new stage in the company\u2019s history\u2014the development and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects, including deal structuring and partnerships.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
